A Matter of Trust
A Trust Board will manage the affairs of the railway, and will raise the necessary funding to ensure that Don Valley Railway Ltd. is able to operate. The key here is that the railway will not need to make profits to simply satisfy shareholders but it will need to operate in a way that guarantees a financial return to be ploughed back into the company for running costs and to improve the infrastructure to keep the railway up to date.

Non-Commercial
The plain facts are that the only way that commuter services will ever be re-introduced on this line is if the local communities get together and do it themselves. The profits that a private company would require from operating this line are simply not there. For the project to succeed and prosper we need the community to support us by becoming involved or by using your voice on our behalf.
