The animation above shows a working Deepcar Station in the late 1800s blending into this more recent photo of the dilapidated station. As you can see the buildings on the left are still in existence along with remnants of the footbridge and central signal. The buildings on the left have since been privately renovated and are now private dwellings.

Don Valley Railway Ltd. plans to restore Deepcar station to its former glory as the start of the route.
